Design of a brand platform with its ethical and aesthetic elements.
A journey that starts from understanding the brand context and lands on a creative vision, look & feel, and other artifacts that help to materialize the brand's idea, such as a manifest, logo or packaging.

The creation of communication campaigns, considering its main deliveries: the strategy, look and feel, channels ecosystem, including prototypes of the most relevant creative pieces for testing with the target audience.

CONTENT STRATEGY

Focus on the content structure for a brand, considering the objectives of its presence, its tone of voice, the map of the main points of contact, as well as partnerships and resources necessary for the implementation. Creative prototypes can also be part of the delivery.

Development of a data strategy, from understanding the context and business objectives to the definition of the most relevant metrics, data points, and analytical tools for integrating and modeling data. The final product of the session is a dashboard prototype that illustrates the strategy.

The review or design of the user journey, considering the role of the brand/service and how it is expressed on each touchpoint. We will identify the main interactions, frictions, feelings and expected actions to build a prototype that represents the experience and that can be tested with the target audience.
